Fourth of July

Celebrated Sebastien's one-week birthday by walking a few blocks over to Independence Hall to see part of the parade. It was so wonderful being outside in the fresh air again and Sebbie loved the bumpy old bricks and the general hub-bub.

Silly me, in my infinite lack of knowledge and wisdom about newborn babies, I thought they needed quiet and couldn't stand noise. Turns out it's exactly the opposite. Who knew?
