Early morning shopping trip

I decided to get out early and do the shopping so that I could enjoy the rest of the day. I'm pleased I did as the clouds set in about midday. I did sit out at a beachside hut for lunch which a seagull flew in from behind me and grabbed, biting my thumb in the process! Needless to say I was less than pleased especially as I'm really careful to keep my food covered except when putting it in my mouth! They have become extremely fearless and quite vicious; I don't like them one little bit.
