This is the second Norwegian sailing boat I spotted on the canal today. The first was a modern yacht with a kind of Barnacle Bill figure in repose. It would have been good for a blip, but I am basically shy, and sometimes you pass things by. Then later on I saw the Elsie Christine going through the locks at some speed. So, who was Elsie?
