Hot! And a cold...

I have a cold! I had a sore throat yesterday and this morning I felt really unwell. Blocked nose, sore throat, headache... I got through work on a high dose of Lemsip capsules.

I has been so hot today, so after work the boys and I went to collect Dina - our summer holiday walking buddy - and went to the beach. It was an easy way for me to exercise the dogs. I could stand still and throw a ball out in the water. The dogs were loving it. I don't think Dina get to go to the beach very often, but she had a fab time and looked really happy.

It was another good day with Beat and Dina. Beat is coping really well with a new dog in the pack.

Time for another Lemsip I think...
