Soaring

My elderly car has to be driven at least every three days to charge the battery up so I used it as an excuse to escape the paperwork for an hour or so and took myself off to the nature reserve. There were lots of butterflies and insects but it was very windy and getting photos of them was quite difficult so I was pleased to see the buzzard heading my way. He soared overhead much lower than I've seen before (although still quite high up) and gave me the opportunity for a blip, so here you have it.
I didn't stay long at the nature reserve, not because I wanted to dash home to the books but because it was so blooming hot out there in the sun!! I'm not complaining, honestly, especially as I know it's all going to disappear for the weekend but a few degrees lower would have been nice :-))
