hidden gems

you know the places....formica retro tables, mismatched chairs, interesting decore (besides the tables & chairs) .... this one was my local for a while when i first moved to Melbourne. I wouldn't have gone in except housemate #1 said they were good. I ate there several times a week - cheesy cheap cheery Chinese & it tasted great.

Tonight I was pleased to pass the baton on to another & for them to enjoy this little gem of terribly good food & to keep the secret local spots alive.
