Independence Day

Happy Fourth of July! It was a beautifully cool morning leaving rabanal and a delightful walk through the mountains. It was the first time in longer than I can remember that the hike didn't have a 3 or 4 in front of the total kilometers. The 27k arrived in Molinaseca, right next to a river. Rather than press on an additional 7k, as I normally would, I am enjoying the afternoon in town as opposed to the next city. I can't wait to enter the province of Galicia. Keeping fingers crossed that the choir of snorers from last nights hostel can't find their way here :)
