Boeing B-17G Flying Fortress Clock

I bought this clock after doing a tour through this aircraft at The Arizona Wing of the Commemorative Air Force Aviation Museum, located on the northeast corner of Greenfield and McKellips roads at 2017 N. Greenfield Rd. Mesa, AZ. USA. It is well worth a visit.

The clock hangs on the gym wall, next to the treadmill, and looking at it helps me pass my time, and recall what a great museum experienc that was, back in 2010. (I was in Mesa, just a few miles away, shooting a professional fitness show.)

You can checkout the museum here.

The B-17 was primarily employed by the United States Army Air Forces (USAAF) in the daylight strategic bombing campaign of World War II against German industrial and military targets.

The United States Eighth Air Force, based at many airfields in southern England, and the Fifteenth Air Force, based in Italy, complemented the RAF Bomber Command's nighttime area bombing in the Combined Bomber Offensive to help secure air superiority over the cities, factories and battlefields of Western Europe.
