Todays View

Spent a long time today sat at the sewing machine making the new seat covers for the caravan. Still not finished but I'm part way there. Its a right fuffle doing the 6ft+ long front cushions. I have to pin the pieces together whilst on the seats take them off, sew, fit them on to the cuishons again, pin everything in place again, pin on the next bit, unpin the pins holding everything in place, sew, re-fit, repin and get ready for the final hand sewing. Not too bad on smaller things but the seat bases are about 6.5ft x 2.5ft and so just so cumbersome to move about and pin...

The end result will be worth it though, the van will look less 70's curry house and more bright and fresh.
