Cloudy morning today, hope it improves later...

Thank you for all your lovely comments over the last couple of days. The 1-1 I felt was a bit 'nit picking' but apart from that not too bad. I have to learn to take minutes, something I've always hated in the past, and need to improve telephone technique (they think I don't pick up quickly enough...but its a duel role with reception and if I'm dealing with visitors etc, then I can't always get there at once!)
