Cos 18 yellow roses, will wilt and die one day

My dad used to say that the sun always shone on his birthday (even if only for 10 minutes). But then again it being at the begining of July that wasent difficult.
With not a favourate amoung his 6 children, he was probably the nicest person ive ever known, always finding the time to spend with each of us even when working a 6 day week. I dearly wish that he'd had the chance to meet my darling 'hubbs' n 'cherub' , but know he'd have loved them to bits anyway.
We all like to think we have inherited things from our parents, but Id like to think ive inherited from him my love of music, and my ability to see the good in every person, no matter what their failings x
