Malaga Cathedral
We took the train to Malaga this morning and wandered round the old quarter which radiates from the Cathedral here. This doesn't 't really do justice to the way the stained glass illuminates the nave.
We lunched nearby and fell into conversation with two Danish couples here to celebrate one of their 70th birthdays, then walked off lunch by visiting the Alcazaba, the Moorish castle which overlooks both city and port; not as grand as the Alhambra but still very attractive. There was time for some souvenir shopping before the train home. Tess 'a fridge magnet collection is growing!
