Better than none

Over the week the day off slowly turned into a meeting at lunchtime and then an interview at 10.30 and then some discussions in between but at least by 1pm it could still be a half day. M and the kids were coming into town for some shopping, parking at the park and ride to have a play on the tram. So I walked to York Place to meet them and shop, lunch, shop some more and then take the tram back to York Place to collect the John Lewis shopping (including semi-outrageous kettle) and then tram it back to the car. I'll say this for the tram - it's slow but smooth so you get a good long sleep if you go the whole way.

While Ewan and Mandy went to get the JL shopping, Ellen and I waited at the tram stop taking daft photos. I didn't ask the wifie to sit there.
