From garden to plate in 20 minutes

From garden to plate via a pan in under 20 minutes, you can't get much fresher than that. This delicious little organic courgette looked a bit like a mini marrow and complemented the other veg & herbs quite nicely. Looking forward to the next one being ready to pic & eat
