Another hot day and a possible argument which I decided not to get into with a delivery driver who told me that the cottage should have its name showing. At this I pointed to the name in half inch high letters above the letter box. He then had the audacity to say 'it's too small - should be bigger'. He then began to moan about the heat and that he had no air conditioning in his van but by this time I had lost the will to live so said goodbye and shut the door.
