HOT day in DE

This morning I heard the postman put something in my letterbox...went to look and saw a card...the first thing I read was the message at the back of the card...and felt myself chock up....* I'm getting old * Came in and opened the envelop and saw this beautiful happy face smiling at me....
Julia was one of my * little * dancing girls when I had my dancing studio back in Cape Town. Julia must have been about 5 years old when she joined my studio. When I moved to Germany nearly 10 years ago, she and her family moved to the USA....there she has continued her dancing. I follow her on FB and love seeing all her photo's.
Its such a proud moment for me when I see my * ex * dancing girls achieve things, get married or have babies. I feel like their 2nd mother always. They all played such a big part in my life. They fill many places in my memory bank.

Was a lovely hot day today....lay in the sun and soaked it up - tomorrow I hear is a even hotter day.

My client came for training today.....5kgs lost and 30.4cm all over....WE both are thrilled with the results after 30 days.
