A Quiet Place

This morning I went with 9 friends to a quiet garden in a nearby village. It was about 'Living the Now' and we talked about 'The Joy of Today', 'The Weight of Yesterday' and 'The Promise of Tomorrow' with a period of quiet reflection between each one.

This is the view of the Cleveland Hills from the garden.

Afterwards we enjoyed lunch in a nearby pub and I came home feeling relaxed and refreshed.
