Waiting for Le Tour

This is the road the cyclists will race down after leaving the racecourse and before entering the City. As you can see the locals have been busy decorating and crash barriers are in place. I was amused to see that the pillar box had been freshly painted for the occasion. There was also a sculpture close by that reads 'Listen to the past, think about the present, look to the future' both these latter pictures can be viewed here.
