Winter Camellia

We woke to a heavy frost this morning. It was a bit of a shock to the system as we have had a very mild winter so far. A clear sunny day has followed although there is a definite nip in the air. I wandered around our garden this afternoon looking for a blip. There are not many flowers around at present. However I was rather impressed at the way the late afternoon sun was touching the edges of this lovely cream centered camellia…. It was just asking to be blipped…..
