A DAY IN PARADISE....

.... wow what a stunning day we had here today. Not a breath of air with wonderful sun and top temp of 20C, with the night minimums at the moment being from 3 to 5C - not bad for winter.
Anyway, whilst coming back from the shops at lunch time thought a good day for some reflections on the river. Of what I took liked this one of a pelican who just happened along while I was there. Loved the way the colours vary in the water with the blue "wake" around the pelican, and the green and other tones from the homes and bank bushes and trees.

Had a bit of fun with with this brilliant reflection, and flipped it to give it the "shimmer" appearance!!!

Whilst there also spotted a group of cockatoos feeding on the river bank and a couple of them having a disagreement!
