Icy Start to the Day

After I dropped little 'h' off at school, I headed to the lake to see what was happening there. As I was taking photographs of this little pond, I noticed lots of tiny ice crystals hanging on to the blades of grass that were sitting in the water. Makes quite a nice foreground I decided. It is 1 p.m. +4C very cold with no sun. Can't complain, it is winter!
