Weirdness...

So managers are starting to act weird.

Was in conversation with someone when mine sort of sidled up and said something I didn't quite catch along the lines of wanting to speak to me.

Eventually managed to catch up with to check what he was after, was he wanting a wee chat? He says something along the lines of 'If I ever need to chat, to let him know'

This coupled with other team members being informed on some sort of reverse 360 feedback.

Bugger knows, but if anything, it's making office politics start to seen slightly interesting.
