The bells .....

Five minutes this morning, out in the garden whilst the sun was shining, took some shots of my Hosta flowers. They are not all fully out at the moment, but some are showing near full. I think they look like little bells with the clapper peeping out!

Training most of the day today - great training on "Making sense of diabetes", a general, basic training but necessary information. Helped make sense of hypo/hyper events.

As it is the first Wednesday of the month, his mean "Team Wednesday" - meal out with members of the team straight from work. Tonight we tried the new local Smokehouse - burger for me followed by apple pie. Tasty, nice atmosphere and great company.
