Raspberry jam

A very productive day today... My first flexi-day Wednesday :)

I made spelt & linseed bread, coffee fudge sponge cake and these pots of raspberry jam (raspberries courtesy of Nessa's allotment - so some of the the jam will go to her).

Didn't I have a lovely day?
