A huge thank you, but also an apology.

May I take this opportunity in thanking you all who commented on my skeleton clock blip. It actually reached the spotlight . Thank you again.

All I was doing was just showing the finished product and did not think it would ever reach the spotlight. I am chuffed to bits and so glad you all liked it so much. Your comments were very much appreciated,

However, I also apologise for the delay in thanking you all which I was going to do on Monday 30th June.

I was not feeling very well on Sunday evening and night and on Monday morning I visited my GP, who after an examination rushed me into hospital in an ambulance with blue lights and sirens going.
After extensive tests it did not turn out to be what the GP thought, but it is aq gall stone trapped in the gall bladder, hence me feeling very unwell and with extreme pain.

I have only just come out of hospital today, (3 days of it) but have to return next week for the removal of the stone and bladder. Keyhole surgery. Until then I will have to bear the pain for a bit longer. Apparently this is not an urgent case. Well I think so and told'em so!

This is why the delay in my reply has taken so long. Glad to be home again, until the op next week.

I just pointed the camera at the hydrangea and took this shot so it gave me the chance to thank you and to bring you up to date for the slow reply.
