...as 'they' say. I decided a bit of sorting, clearing & cleaning was appropriate -we have a wedding in the family at the end of the month! Found these weights (!), not been used much really, so decided out they must go.

However, R decided to have a go...posture/pose perhaps...whilst I was trying to have a conversation on the phone with Hamey....! Well, I suppose a chap has to keep fit, doesn't he?
