Sea Fury

Well, that was what theses enthusiasts told me it is. I have no idea. I can see that it is designed for aircraft carriers, having folding wings.

I hope they remember to unfold them before they try taking off.

I went to a photo club lecture by a fellow who specialises in pictures of aircraft . He recounted that it took him years to learnt to make the planes look interesting. You can see that I am at the beginning of the learning curve. So I have tried overcooking it to give it a bit of lift (geddit?).

Anyway, after they parked it on the apron it was started up and revved like mad. Standing behind it we were nearly blown over by the wind force.

I think you can tell from my terminology that I don't know much about aircraft.
