I don't often post a shot for the day this early. But if over six & a half years of doing this every day has taught me one thing its that if you have photographed a bloke with his head on fire by 8:30am that's probably as good as it's going to get.

Ps over 3 months since my last cigarette, over 5 months for J9. Fingers crossed that we have cracked it this time.
