Campsie Glen

Early walk up the Campsie Fells in glorious sunshine and the relief of air conditioning at the top! MP was squeaking with sheer delight as we drove over - she LOVES this walk - and gets to indulge her swimming pleasures/obsession when we come off the hills.

The weather continued to be fantastic today and I spent much of it sprawled out on the garden bench enjoying the rays.

In the evening, we went to meet a lovely Jamaican couple who are involved with the forthcoming Commonwealth Games. Lots of interesting chat around it and how Jamaica have developed a home-grown programme for training their athletes. Well, it works for Bolt!
