Big bird

I was out in the back garden after tea trying to get a photo of Sheba when this flew past. I had no idea what it was so I resorted to Google and I think it might be a Chinook Helicopter.

My friend was walking her dog round Gunknowe Loch tonight and she sent me a message to say that there was no sign of any coot chicks. They all must gave fallen prey to the pike that live in the water.
