Impossible blobs
French macaroons. My first attempt ever. Making circles is HARD. I also think I cut the end of the pastry bag too wide, and I'm worried my egg peaks weren't stiff enough. (I'm biting back like 9 stiff jokes fyi) I'm hoping these rock and I can brag for the rest of my life about them, but somehow I doubt it. Either way I've got the ingredients for batch two for later.
