Whooooo me?????

This plastic owl is supposed to scare seagulls away so they don't do their "business" on your boat etc. It worked pretty well for us in the days when we had a small motor boat. It has survived hurricanes, tropical storms, and plenty of cold winters outside in our yard so neither one of us seems to want to get rid of it.
