Vikings and the Queen's Baton Relay

Another beautiful sunny day :) Nice and warm too but think gales are meant to come in over night :(

A busy day again in the museum with another cruise liner in Lerwick. These visitors have been lucky with the weather this past two day :) We also had the Queen's Baton Relay visiting the museum in the afternoon as well.
Went to the hospital to visit my friend again to night and then off round to visit more friends at home after.

When there's an event on in Lerwick, you're almost guaranteed to see Vikings about! They handed the baton over to the Vikings at the museum before they left in a replica Viking longship for the next stop :)
