First day on the slopes

Early start today, boot and board fitting and first lesson - this is during the lesson waiting for our turn.

Fell over LOTS but had a great time - especially enjoyed the views from the gondola and chair lifts. (even though I fell on the floor coming off the chair lift - something else to master!) After lunch my brother kindly came on a blue run with us and gave me lots of tips - still fell over lot and was definitely a challenge - hopefully by the end of the week will be happier on it and a little less bruised. Still felt like a real achievement when previously only been down a dry ski slope in England.

Back to the hotel for a swim, lots of good food then a walk round new Bansko.

Still seems very surreal but loving it - except the bruising!
