Final Open Qualificatons

Went along to Gailes where the old man is a member to watch one of the final Open qualifications rounds. Gailes is the only final qualification course in Scotland for the next four years. We followed a young Norwegian amateur for a bit (chap in blue) - hoping he would make the top three and therefore play in the Open. Unfortunately he couldn't pull it together. We did, however, catch up with James McLeary and watch him play for a while. He came second and will play in the Open.

Later we went back to Ma and Pa's and ate steaks in the garden and watched the Kyrgios beat Nadal over strawberries and cream, washed down with wine and mojitos.
