Gus's ears are more pointy than the trig point on top of the Helme. Why is a trig point a point when it is actually flat-topped? And in these days of GPS, trig points are pointless anyway.

We went for a walk over the hill with Sue and Rowan. Indeed, he spent most of the day with his pal in the back of Sue's car, having got in with him in the morning and refusing to leave after a quick run out when Sue arrived at work.

The excitement of the weekend caught up with me big time today, I'm exhausted. It will be an early night tonight after Gus's evening walk.
