Unit 26

Today we met a friend at North Beach and I had chips and a smoothie. We were waiting for the keys to our new unit and the fax hadn't come through yet. Some of the younger Melbourne Storm players were playing with some little boys up on the grass tossing the ball around. We waited in the Novotel for a while and then FINALY we got to get the keys. We also got this massive box from the Real Estate Agent full of lollies and chocolates and stuff and a bottle of wine. It was quite exciting! We went to the unit and the security door wasn't shut and we couldn't shut it... So we were like oh great! So much for that! Anyway it was great! We tested the spa bath (which doesn't work) and took heaps of photos. The dish washer isn't connected to the water supply! We had a great time though and someone had actually closed the door so we tested the security door phone (so fun) and when my grandparents had gone and my cousin, we unpacked some kitchen things with our friend. Later we went to the NRL (Dragons VS Storm) We had free tickets and it was soooo cold! I took photos there too. I had a 'cold inside' sausage roll and the Dragons won. We left 10 mins early to avoid the traffic. I was wearing 5 layers of clothes and a scarf thing AND gloves and I was still cold. We also had a blanket across the three of us...
