Climbing Hydrangea

We've had this vine for several years and not much happened with it. Last fall Mr M moved it closer to the house where it is protected from the cold winter wind, and now we have at least two flower clusters, plus the vine itself is very healthy. It's like they say: location, location, location!

Humid, muggy day today - but I am NOT complaining. I just got so tired of being cold this winter that I swore no one would hear me say a word about heat. Unfortunately, Riley doesn't feel the same way. He comes in the kitchen early in the morning and spends the entire day on the cool floor. Later, around 7pm, we go for a walk. Mr M just tells him "It's going to be a hot St. Bernard summer!"
