Kookaburras are the world's largest kingfishers and an iconic part of the Australian soundtrack. They have always made me a little bit nervous if truth be told. When they are not actively laughing at me, they are wearing this supercilious "I-know-something-that-you-don't" grin. Bit of a worry.
