All the castle's a stage

Back in Stafford again this evening for the Stafford Festival Shakespeare up at the castle. This year's production was As You Like It and was along the same theme as the last few years with a musical bent to it.
This year had a bit of a flowerpower thing going on too.

It was very well done as usual -even if the story's not the strongest- and thankfully it was dry...and warm. Just the weather for a pre-performance picnic with my Ma & Pa and Laura's Mum & Dad too.

This year's 'stars' are Eric Potts -again- and John 'Boycie' Challis. The picture is of Johnson Willis, at the end of the interval, who played the roles of Adam & Corin. Even he's been back a few times now.

I really would heartily recommend it...but take warm clothes!
