Managed a walk with Mrs L today. She was at family camp over the weekend and hadn't done her walk yesterday either, so we did 7 miles today instead of 6. Then home for shower and a quick lunch, followed by a quick visit to my aunt and then a nice cup of tea with a poorly friend.

Home to get the girls, dinner and then swimming lessons for them. Finally got them to bed by 9pm and I washed up, so I managed to get an hours rest. But got lots of jobs done so I was happy.
