Last Week of School

BB has told us it is a fun week at school. When asked what fun he had been up to today, he was unable to tell us. He then told us a story of a train crash (from the 1930’s) that they had been learning about at school. A local history lesson I think - but not much fun!

Quick dash out at lunchtime and came back with a new school bag for BB (from the JL sale). Showed it to him tonight. First reaction – it’s not Adidas. Second reaction – it’s Nike – yeah!! He is far too young to be ensnared by brands.

Here’s a frilly poppy from the garden, taken early this morning. It had disintegrated by the time we got home this evening!
