Last night and tonight we have had some of the world's best folk singers and musicians performing at Mackintosh Queen's Cross.

Bees Nees production company are currently filming a new TV series for BBC Alba. Last night we had Donald Shaw performing in front of the camera and he played our new Steinway Piano. Donald gave the thumbs up to the building and the wonderful piano.

Tonight along with the fabulous Julie Fowlis, we had Eilis Kennedy, Ceitlin Smith, Mhairi Mackinnon on fiddle, Edel Fox on concertina, Matthew Watson on guitar and fiddle and Muireann Nic Amhlaoibh on flute.

Everybody loved the venue, so hopefully the next step is Celtic Connections.
