Block Party

This afternoon we had a special no-school-day playdate with our dear friends C & M - a much-anticipated "block party" during which the four kids filled an entire room with a constructed village made from Legos and blocks of all shapes and sizes. Even today's snacks were served as a building project - chunks of cheese, bread, apples, grapes, etc. and toothpicks to create elaborate structures before eating them up!
