High and dry!

Beyond Whitby up river old boats seem to spend their last years on the banks opposite the shipyard, where many of them started life.
The yard has a long and distinguished history. Henry the eighth had many of his navy's ships built there, as was the Endeavor, Captain Cooks vessel he used to discover Australia.
