Reclamation II

We carried on gardening today after a cooked brunch. MrRoly dug out 1 1/2 tree stumps. I weeded more path. The veg patch still isn't looking like a veg patch but it IS looking less like a wasteland.

I downed tools to take Ally to Truro for non-school shoes. The kind lady in Jones was very helpful and very apologetic for their lack of shoes for brick shaped feet. The man in Schuh was determined to sell us a pair of Vans that didn't fit. Clarks was a waste of time.

Full marks go to Sports Direct. The sales person was helpful, knowledgable AND didn't try the hard sell. They also had a pair of shoes that actually fit and that Ally likes...
