Bare with me pals : your going to get a lot of Bees, they fascinate me. From one shot I suddenly understood the saying " your the bees knees ". Bees knees are a miracle!.
A sunny morning at last, so a walk in Cemetery Road. I've lost a centimetre off my right leg , so Biomechanics Ian has given me another heel lift : my muscles are struggling to adjust to it.
