All is calm

Waiting at the slip for the ferry to take me over to the is rentals. Three days til they move in with me. Have been clearing cupboards and boxes, underbed drawers and wardrobes. So much stuff. Am doing well and can see the end - keeping fit taking bags down 2 flights of stairs to the car!
I can't wait til it's all over for them. I recall well, all the fine details of my own removal and the endless lists and middle of the night reminders. Dad is no different.
Spent the late afternoon and evening harvesting strawberries, courgettes and potatoes. Fabulous. Polytunnel is busting with greenery and yellow flowers pre tomatoes, red flowers pre runner beans, kohl rabi almost ready and pak choi ready for the weekend.
My sister arrives from America on Saturday - soooo exciting!!
