Friday's on Cornwall's roads are a nightmare, the second home owners, holiday makers and school run mum's make travelling between 3 and 6 pm dreadful.
My 18.6 mile commute takes around 35>40 minutes in the morning, tonight it was a frustrating 90 minutes.

Elsewhere the weather continues to be warm with the occasional torrential downpour.
