Stable

After being towed around all day yesterday Arlo decided that today he wanted to cycle without stabilisers. He was warned that it might involve a lot of falling over and so ran most of the way to the park instead of cycling. Once we were on the grass though he was off - he hasn't worked out the steering properly or that he has to have momentum to stay balanced, but it was impressive all the same. Proud parents today.

2011 saw the release of an album that I'd say is the best album of the decade so far and artists are going to have to work hard to trump it. I've likened it to Johnny Cash ballads stretched to infinity in the past, which still feels like a good fit. Sweetheart I Ain't Your Christ.
